Who's Speaking?

Phil Ogley is a consultant with Oxley Conservation, a Historic Building Consultancy dedicated to sustaining traditional buildings through appropriate and sympathetic repair.  Oxley Conservation offers a broad spectrum of services to owners and custodians of old buildings, including building surveys, contract supervision, and consultancy.  

Originally from a practical apprenticeship background, Glen started in building services with Arup, working on a variety of high profile projects, both in the UK and abroad.

Luke Tozer gained experience designing and using low energy technologies in building his own house.  He has a keen interest in planning and housing and is co chair of the RIBA London Design Planning and Policy Group and an active member of the RIBA Housing Group, serving as an RIBA national councilor 2004-07.
